Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders take 1 to 5 business days to prepare/process, with the exception of orders with handmade clothing, which can take up to 2 weeks to prepare. This processing time provides a guideline on how long it takes for us create and package up your order with lots of love and does not include any time it may require for it to actually make it to you.

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after the order is prepared, where once it is received by the post office, when you actually receive your order is unfortunately out of our control.

SHIPPING TIME

Although we are unable to provide any guarantees, please see below for the general time frames of delivery as prescribed by Canada Post.

Canada (2-8 business days): 

  • $2-$4 FLAT RATE for untracked shipping for orders under $100 (depending on order weight)
  • Free tracked shipping is offered for orders over $100


US (5-17 business days)*: 

  • $8 FLAT RATE for untracked shipping for orders under $100
  • Free tracked shipping is offered for orders over $100


International (6-21 business days)*: 

  • Please select one of the shipping options upon checkout (calculated by Shopify)

*For US and International orders, please note that we are NOT responsible for any customs and/or duties, if applicable.

What's the difference between untracked and tracked shipping?

Untracked shipping is the most economical shipping option, which is why it is offered (and works great for smaller orders). Unfortunately, if you select the untracked shipping option (or the shipping option you select does not explicitly state "tracked"), it is uninsured, which means if it is lost, damaged, or stolen, we are not responsible as your order is out of our control once it is received and is in transit with the post office. 

Tracked shipping allows you to see where your order is in transit and often provides insurance in the event that a replacement for lost, damaged, or stolen package is needed. Although tracked shipping is more expensive, we may be able to assist you better in the event that your order has not arrived within the prescribed timeframe. Other details

Due to COVID-19, there may be some delays from the estimated delivery times prescribed by Canada Post above, so please allow up to 30 business days prior to contacting us.

Please ensure that your shipping address is input correctly. We will NOT be responsible for lost or undelivered packages as a result of inputting the incorrect address. If you need to change the address, please contact us either through our contact form on our website or email contact@lunariadreams.com as soon as possible for us to make the change.
