All products are proudly hand-made in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Mostly all of our scrunchies are made of either satin charmeuse or bridal satin, which are mostly composed of polyester. We are branching into using other fabrics such as rayon or soft cottons to introduce greater variety, keeping in mind our values of ensuring high quality and soft fabrics that are much more gentle for your hair. Please see the individual product descriptions for the material used.

We do not use silk.
You may come across sellers claiming that the material they use for their scrunchies is silk, but may not be real silk and is actually a poor quality satin. Silk is an expensive material because of how resource and labour intensive it is to make. It is derived from silkworms, making it not vegan & cruelty free. Because of how delicate the fabric is, it also requires extensive care to clean, such as dry clean only for best results.
We prioritize selecting fabrics that are reasonable in price while also being excellent quality and great for your hair/skin. There is also not nearly as great of a variety of stunning colours/patterns among silk fabrics based on when we search for fabrics to purchase. One of the criteria that we use in choosing fabrics is also how it feels to the touch. The satins we choose locally feel extreme soft and shiny/lustrous compared to silks that we have looked at. In addition, all of our products are handwashable, which definitely beats going to the dry cleaner!

Wholesale & Custom Orders

Yes, we are currently accepting wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us by sending an email to contact@lunariadreams.com to discuss specifications, pricing, etc.

Custom orders, such as different sizing or colour options from existing products, may be possible. Please contact us for a consultation and to confirm whether your custom request can be done. We do not currently accept any custom orders outside of our existing product line.
Upon acceptance, we will send you an invoice that must be paid prior to us starting your custom order. We will NOT begin production until we receive payment since orders in this nature are always made to order or made in small batches.
Shipping & Delivery

Our processing time is typically within 1-5 business days. Processing time means how long it takes to create and pack your order so that it is ready to be shipped/picked up. Some items may be subject to longer processing times - for any exceptions to this, please see the product description.
Shipping within Canada may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping within US may take up to 14 business days.
International shipping times may vary depending on the country. Please refer to the shipping estimates provided at checkout. -

Yes, we offer free tracked shipping on all orders $100+ in Canada & US. Once your order is over the eligible amount, free shipping will be an option upon checkout.

Yes, we ship our products worldwide!
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region. Shipping to your country will be calculated automatically at checkout. -
All orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional taxes and duties. These fees are out of our control and not included in your shipping fee. We are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred.
Local Pickup & Delivery

Yes, you absolutely can pick up your order if you live in the Ottawa area. We are located in Kanata. If you are willing to pickup, please contact us and we will refund you any shipping costs with your order and provide you with the pickup location.

At this time, we are not offering local delivery and only offer pickup and shipping.
Returns & Refunds

We offer exchanges or store credit only on clothing items if unworn and tags are intact.
Due to the nature of most of our items, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges on scrunchies, face/sleep masks, pillowcases, or curlers and are therefore excluded from our exchange/return for store credit policy.

If you are not happy with your purchase and it is not an excluded item, you may initiate an exchange/return for store credit within 30 days from purchase date.

For items eligible for return, you will be able to exchange or receive store credit up to your original order amount, which includes any applied discounts and excludes any shipping paid.

All shipping costs pertaining to returning the item back to us are handled by the customer.
Order Issues

Once you have placed an order, it cannot be changed. However, we try our best to accommodate any changes, so please contact us by sending us an email to contact@lunariadreams.com as soon as possible for us to reflect any changes. We will respond to confirm whether we can accommodate for your changes.

If you received any defective items, please contact us by sending an email to contact@lunariadreams.com and send a picture of the defect. We highly value quality and ensuring that you are happy with your items, so we will try our best to make it right.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days, please contact us. Although this is an unusually long period of time to not receive your order that we typically do not encounter, we apologize that it is not within our control once your order is handed over to Canada Post.
Warranty & Repair

We offer a 3 month warranty for all of our products.

As a general guide, any minor physical imperfections arising from normal wear are not covered.
We evaluate whether to repair or provide you with a replacement product on a case-by-case basis. Please email us at contact@lunariadreams.com and provide us with photos if you are under the warranty period.
